Customer & Member Portals
Login areas where clients see their invoices, students download documents or members renew online. We run our own client login area on the same principles.
Some problems don't fit inside a website or an off-the-shelf software subscription. A hospital call centre that needs to log every enquiry and assign callbacks. A dealer network that wants to place orders online. A college that wants students to download their admit cards. That's where a custom web application makes sense, and it's work we've done for years.
We build in PHP and MySQL, run everything on a staging server you can test, and hand over code that belongs to you.
From a small internal tool to a multi-user portal with logins and roles.

Lead, client and follow-up management shaped around your sales process, instead of a generic pipeline you have to bend your team around.
Appointment slots, room or hall bookings, site visits. Confirmations by SMS, email or WhatsApp, and a simple view for the front desk.
The figures someone assembles in Excel every Monday, pulled automatically from your data onto one screen.
Enquiry logging, callback queues, agent assignment and call outcome tracking for hospitals and service businesses that run a phone team.
Payment gateways like Razorpay, SMS and WhatsApp APIs, Google Sheets, or your accounting software where it offers an API.
Requirements in writing first.
Your code, your server, your data.
Here's what usually goes wrong with custom software. The client explains the idea over a phone call, the developer starts coding, and three months later both sides discover they imagined different things. We avoid that with a requirement document in plain language, with screen sketches, that you sign off before development begins. It feels slower at the start. It saves weeks later.
We also plan for the day you might not work with us. Source code, database and server access are handed over, and the code is written so another PHP developer can pick it up.
Screens, user roles and business rules written down and approved, so the scope is clear for both sides.
Every feature is tried by your own team on a staging copy before it reaches the live system.
Admins, managers, agents and clients each see only what they should, with activity logged where it matters.
Plenty of owners check the dashboard from their phone at night. We make sure the important screens work properly there.
Written into the proposal before we start, so nothing is left to memory later.
Discuss Your ApplicationNo surprises midway. You always know what stage the work is in.
We sit with the people who'll use the system daily, not only management, and see how the work actually happens today, spreadsheets and all.
Requirement document, screen flow and phase plan are prepared. We suggest what to build first so your team starts using it sooner.
Plain, clear screens designed for speed of use. Fewer clicks for the tasks your staff repeat dozens of times a day.
Built in phases on staging. Your team tests each phase and we fix what they find before moving to the next one.
Data migrated, users trained, system goes live. We stay on for fixes, small changes and whatever the next phase turns out to be.
Straight answers to what clients ask us in the first meeting.
All FAQsIf a ready-made tool fits your process well, use it. It's usually cheaper. Custom makes sense when your team is constantly working around the software, when you're paying for many seats you don't need, or when you're stitching three tools together with Excel in between. We'll tell you honestly if an existing product would serve you better.
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, database and documentation are yours. We deploy on your own server or hosting account wherever possible. If you later want another developer to work on it, they'll have everything they need.
Small clarifications are part of the job. Larger changes, like a new module or a different workflow, are written down, estimated and approved before we build them. This keeps the timeline and cost honest for both sides and avoids arguments at the end.
Yes. We build responsive web applications that work in a phone's browser, which covers most needs like checking leads, updating status or viewing reports. If you need push notifications or offline use, a native mobile app may be required, and we'll discuss that separately.
We use proper login security, hashed passwords, role-based permissions and HTTPS throughout. Backups are set up from day one and stored away from the main server. Access to sensitive records, like patient details or payment data, can be limited to specific roles and logged.
They're mature, available on almost every hosting plan in India and easy to find developers for. That means sensible hosting costs and less risk of being stuck with one agency. For most portals, CRMs and business tools, they're more than capable.
